Cambridge, southwestern Nebraska | If he’s up at 4 every day then he needs a nap at noon. I think it would be a healthy thing to do for most people.
I tend to stay up too late at night then rise with the sunlight. I get sleepy in the evenings. If I take a nap one day then I get really tired the next day. Plus it is hard for me to get going again after taking a nap. I probably just need to get into a routine but my schedule doesn’t really allow that depending on what Im doing and where I am at. |
