Why do some four cylinder engines need balancers and others do not? Example the Deere 3010 and 3020 have them, as does the 2510 and 2520, but the Farmall M does not. Nor does a model A Ford.


ANd the thought of the JD engine having bearings on the counterbalance shafts
but the camshaft runs, just on the block no bearings
