The piston speed is slower at the bottom of the crank throw, and faster at the top of the crank throw. Same with acceleration, the acceleration on the upstroke is slow and deceleration is fast at the top. On the downstroke the acceleration is fast and the deceleration is slow.

I think this defies physics if the rod length and crank throw are fixed.
