Embarrass WI
When my wife was sick with her cancer, we ended up at a place where the guy attempted to slow the growth of cancer with diet. We personally talked to one lady who had indeed conquered pancreatic cancer by altering her diet, and sticking to it. My wife was unable/unwilling to alter her diet to the extent the doctor was asking. She tried, but cheated a lot. I suspect that her cancer was too far advanced before the diet change, and then the diet change was not complete.

The recommended diet basically attempted to eliminate sugars and saturated fats. Only vegetables and lean meats. My wife loved her sweets and drank a lot of soda-pretty much any liquid she drank was soda. She just couldn't go cold turkey on it all at once.
