In the 80s yes interest rates bad. But the rents 40/60 or cash rents a guy could make a cash flow work with the decent gov payments at that time Today cash flows are hard to make work and a lot of guys are working off equity which will also go to crap in a few years if things dont straighten up $8 corn and $16 beans ruined more things than did any good a few years back. I always said if theres a will theres a way. When The Times get tuff. The tuff get tuffer.
