I'm not trying to be Mr. Obvious here but the answer to your question depends entirely on a person's COP. There are some here who probably think that rent is doable. With my pencil it just doesn't work or at my age I just don't have the desire to make it work. I'm fortunate that I am not in a position of having to decide whether or not to make it work.
