Anderson County Kansas
You are putting fertilzer on poor areas of the field that doesn't need it when it should be put on the good areas that will use it. In the area I farm, we will have gravely slopes that won't make 100 on a good year, at the bottom of the slope we will have good ground that can make 250. The gravel ground doesn't need nearly as much fertilizer as the good ground. Put less on it and put the fertilizer on the good ground where it will get used.
