Until I retire. Margins are thin but they are there if you do the work/think outside the BOX. Might even own a few hundred acres some day.
It’s PRIDE that keeps me from selling. I think I deserve MORE when the current works
I mean, I’m also doing one farm organically and the rest of my crop ac NGMO so I AM doing something different. But I’m farming. Find a way. I won’t roll over and let expensive seed tech fees and horrible basis kill my cash flow... and it would too! I’m in the first quarter of farming not the third or fourth. I don’t have bins, semis, shops paid off and hundred thousand dollars of working capital to throw around for a few years
