I feel good about I could just ride off into the sunset with what I’ve got, machinery and buildings wise. But let’s say prices are in this area indefinitely a storm cloud on my horizon would be what’s all my stuff worth if I want to retire 20-30 years down the road and who would buy it?
I would add, I’m in a heavy dairy area...when that’s going good,those boys will push prices on cropland and good used machinery. When prices are bad, like now....it shuts off drastically.
