Being a month off of the cigarettes should be enough to kick the habit if he wants to kick it. I chewed Copenhagen for years. I finally had a bad bout of stomach flu for a week and couldn't have a pinch. That was enough to get me past the worst of the withdrawals and decided that was a great opportunity for me to quit. | |
