| From the flip side, I'm now an employee and I smoke.
I NEVER smoke in any company vehicle, or machine except one open station tractor. I don't throw buts on the ground anywhere. They're crushed out, field stripped and the filter goes in my pocket.
As I've always done, every 2 hours I get off my machine and walk around it. Both to look it over and loosen up my joints. That's when I'll have a smoke. If I'm working and driving my pickup, I'll smoke. If someone else is riding with me in my pickup, I won't smoke.
To be honest here, I'm retired and my employer came looking for me. I like working for him, but should he decide it's his mission in life to change my life, I'm gone.
