In our company handbook we lay out that there will be no smoking in any buildings, vehicles, or on any equipment, period. If they are outside working I could care less. I hate being around smoke. I won’t tolerate my rules broken. I have had employees leave on account. Some have blatantly disregarded my rules and have had numerous talks about it. | |
