Nevermind what most of these arrogant, big shot, goodie-two shows have to say. They nit and pick every employee they've ever had and wonder why they can't find anyone to work for them. You have to ask yourself 2 questions.
#1. Is he a good employee?
#2 is this really that big of a deal?
Some guys here (most of whom responded) have a huge chip on their shoulder being "the boss". We all have faults. I'm a smoker, you're being a pain.
I was hoping to hear from you cottonhauler.
You recently tried to quit right? That's the real struggle here for me. If you really try hard to quit and it's harder to do because your coworkers are smoking near you, doesn't that put you at a huge disadvantage? I don't want either of them to be at a huge disadvantage to the other who is trying to quit. Other than that, I can handle the rest of it. |
