As far as PP stuff I think it all comes down to conditions and what you are trying to achieve.
The 20/20 monitors: Quite a bit of things they can display vs. older OEMs, not so sure if they have a big advantage over new OEM monitors however.
Eset/Vset: Less picky about seed size/shape than the JD OEM cell disks, maybe better than Pro 40's, probably easier to prevent a planting disaster but won't make your farm a record yield breaker.
Some of the row sensors are helpful depending on conditions, but shouldn't rely on them 100%. Don't HAVE to have them to plant.
