In dry conditions the use of the smart firmer with smart depth mSet loaded with same hybrid but two different seed sizes could pay. When the "smart firmer-smart depth", wants to chase the 30% furrow moisture deeper than 3" then plant the bigger seed to "avoid the tax" of planting too deep
