did you get this recipe for success from eugene? to me this is pretty far into the gray zone..
How is this anywhere close to how Eugene Smith operated? You may think it is in the gray zone , but Coops and others already custom apply NH3, spread fert and chems. All they need is to custom hire somebody to till, plant and harvest the ground they are renting or custom farming for the land owner. So essentially farmers that do business with them now are helping fund another player, when it comes to adding more acres of rental land in the future.
