I never try to convince anyone what their farming practices should be. You have to decide what works for you and balance that with the economics and hopefully for soil erosion if that is potential problem. If somebody, including landlords and other farmers see what you are doing and are interested I will gladly share what works for us. For our HEL soils and moisture conservation No til works well for us. Yields are not restricted for us and we have APH's that will show that.
