Same experience, bought a farm that hadn't been chiseled for 15+ years. Really black and flat, highly productive farm. The first time it was chiseled it pulled very hard. Would darn near stop the tractor. I'm sure we killed all the worms and wrecked everything but consistant 220+ corn yields are hard to complain about. The guys "Here" that purely no till dont raise the yields even close to what their land is capable of.
