MN | Yes it does, but I don’t think you will touch fully trained corn for 60-70$ an acre. Also, what herbicides do you think you will need to add to your spray program you listed if conventional, after you remove the glyphosate?
Generic capture is cheap to put in furrow especially if you’re already using starter, and if spraying fungicide you can put on a cheap insect for 1-2$ an acre.
So everything the same, taking out glyphosate adding in furrow and at tassel insecticide, you’re only spending a couple bucks and still saving the seed cost. That is, if you already have the application for late season fungicide. | |
