Pretty much the consensus that it would take cooperation with major countries worldwide. Ironically, the higher the price the more incentive for more countries to grow locally. Keeping prices artificially low helps consumers but produces complaints by countries trying to compete. Hence the trade wars. Can you tell I am a kind of globalist. Seems to be better to work things out ahead of time then do business ad hoc.
