Great vision. Now, what would this cartel do and how would it be funded? And why does it have to be limited to supply limiting management

My thoughts: Either eliminate the corn growers board and use it's funding as a base to promote growth in usage, or up their funding and change their mission. By/through increasing ethanol production and usage with the mission being accomplished by their own delivery, to the public, system. IE... A chain of "our" own gas stations, through which gas and ethanol, at any blend would be sold.

Why not, as now we almost have to beg the petrol companies to sell our product. We should/could sell our own and then blend a "little" of their product in. My Dad,s philosophy, in a low margin business, was, to be a profitable enterprise, capture as many margins, both down and up the ladder, as possible. TOTAL vertical integration.
