Se wisc. | Agree it cannot happen tomorrow but it is all aboutlonger term management. The only big unknown caveat is the weather. How much would quality and health benefit from not incorporating 4 or 5 year old grain into the food chain. I know pathogens, bacteria and molds plus insect damage take their toll after a couple years. Cannot quantify this but I am sure someone can. This strategic reserve you talk about did not seem to work the last we tried it and in a way we still trying.
