$220 bag corn / 2.66 acres per bag = $82.70 and frankly 30k population is plenty heavy if all you are averaging is 150 bpa.

It shouldn't require over about $80 in fertilizer including in-furrow to raise 150bpa corn. $37 in custom app?

Come to EC MN, $135 average fert year after year. Put down 125lbs potash every year, 100 ams, and 130-140 units of N, plus some micros, the N is the expensive part...
