Well I say triple that number for true cost then divide by APH. Thing is that price per bushel to break even when weighted against the risk you may be working for very little. Do not forget insurance as that is an easy one not to include and if you add vehicle, property, health, and crop it becomes a very large portion of budget.

From your post sounds like you need some major fat trimming.
