Your post explains why we are in the situations that we are in. People are just rolling the dice and ignoring their cash flows. That will not work long term. I am not sure why guys are so willing to pay more rent then will cash flow. If it doesn't work why just roll the dice to give up equity? It sure looks like there are a lot off guys that will just keep paying more then they should until their equity is all gone.
