I did this about this time last year for a short while.  I don't remember the details, but I used a utility that I found on the net.  It allowed to you pick which OS to start on bootup.  My machine came with native Vista on it and I could not find all the XP drivers I needed.  As I remember, both OS thought they were in C:\ when they were booted.  But things did not work that well.  Vista SP1 finally came out and I removed the XP install from the machine after that.  I did not realize you were still running Toolbox.  I canned it several years ago.  I got tired of SST telling me that they knew what I needed, better than I did.
