Le Sueur VIA St.Thomas | I dual booted XP and Vista for a while. It was a real pain in the butt. Both OS's wanted to be placed on a drive named 'C:', but that was impossible. I did get it to work, but not perfectly. Some of my more tech-saavy friends dual/multi boot odd OS's and really like it.
I now run one OS only, and have a second internal HD as slave. If main HD becomes corrupt, I can reformat the slave as main and run the corrup drive as a slave to recover any unsaved material. I have already done this once, hence the second drive... | |
