North of London | I agree. With the technology in phones today it will be a disadvantage not to have one and know how to use it.
Our youngest grandchild is 9 and has had one for most of a year now.
Of course his father works in IT and gave him his old phone when work provided him with a new one.
But the parents have to set some rules at least for younger ones and when they first get the phone and then mete out the punishment (taking the phone away for a period of time) when the rules are broken. | |
