Aaron SEIA - 12/31/2017 17:46 Decided that I need to drop some weight and get more fit. Any exercise experts in here want to explain the benefits of an elliptical vs a treadmill? I can find both for $100-150 on Craigslist. Also, any recommendations for a multi vitamin? Haven't figured out how to beat the always hungry feeling of a diet, so I'm going for the burn more than you eat approach. AaronSEIA

Elliptical should work more of the body then a treadmill - treadmill is basically walking . . . yes, there are other movements that allow more work out on a treadmill, but overall, the same can be said of the elliptical. Watch a few youtube vids on getting the most of either.

As far as diet - eat protein base foods and less carb's  . . . . Start out with a hearty protein breakfast (yogert, eggs, oatmeal) not processed cereals. Drink more water, stop any pop/soda's, drink more water and then drink some more water.
