Bloomington and Putnam IL | Slowly lost 25% of me over the last years (started at 200 and now 150, about 10 pounds per year). I do lower carbs and lower sugar, lift weight 4 times a week and run outside about 25 miles and like to run at least one 5K each weekend. Have both a treadmill and elliptical. Treadmill is too dangerous for me (I like to go fast) and did do 1 1/2 hours on the elliptical the last 2 days because the wind chill was minus 30. Looking forward to getting back outside in a day or two. My goal was to finish a 5K at 48 and now am pretty decent at 53.
