Lets put it in amortization tables. Show me your numbers with years, interest rates, and interest paid.
And to assume if interest rates jumped costs of land, equipment, etc would drop is silly. It will, possibly eventually, but those years until it happens will hurt big time. Think $8 corn and seed prices or cost of a barrel of oil and gasoline prices.
