NEIN
That is where I am. 37 Crops this year and am rapidly getting tired of the treadmill, mainly the upkeep and maintenance required to keep farms in top shape and equipment looking and operating like new all the time. The high volume low margin thing may work for awhile, but I have yet to see a really big operation keep up with the farms they take on - it is just too costly and time consuming for them to repair tile, mow ditches, spray brush and do all the general repair work farms need and still be profitable. Farms are just too unique and non uniform(especially from a drainage standpoint) for a "factory systems" approach to production( at least around here).
