I'd be very interested in seeing what you put forth in the trust. Are you doing it soon? Our 3 y/o grandson is also very interested. Much more so than either our son or daughter at that age.
I started looking into trusts last winter but ran out of time. I tend to pursue in more next winter.
One thing I did to for my own benefit, and to insure that the farm place survived, was to build a new house and farm shop.
That would be a big boost to a family member starting out. |
