Roanoke, IN | You're dead, what's it matter? I've seen tons of money spent to "keep the farm together" only to later see tons of money spent to sell it. If they don't have an interest while you're here, they will have less interest when your gone. Hanging your hopes on unborn grandchildren is equally unprobable.
If you really want to keep the farm together, it sounds like you'll need to bless someone outside of the family with it. Do not make your kids disinterested landlords because that intended blessing will turn into a curse for your selected tenant. | |
