EC IL | Right, the opportunity to farm. Which right now no one wants to do. All I'm saying is if the kids have other opportunities in other areas of expertise and being tied to a trust and not accessing the cash flow it possible could isnt helping them or the grandkids. Most likely it would appear that grandkids won't farm, then what? How long does it go on ? I really don't know the answer. Glad the OP is in a situation to hand valuable assets down. A lot of families don't get that. Congrats to him/her.
