| SO the OP wants to have the GC have a chance to farm
The 2 kids don't want to farm
We have to guess the 2 are making some money, to live on, from an off the Farm job
So how does a "doctors" child get money
they might get some from the parents
but they don't get a few million, just because there parents happened to have some thing they did not want to operate
but just wanted the $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
A trust can be carried out by a bank board here ,I would not use a lawyer ,unless they want to work on a salary | |
