NEVER EXCEED 30 PSI WHEN SEATING BEADS ON TIRES-NO MATTER WHAT THE SIZE!!!! Now that I have that off my chest... Looks to me like the tire isn't centered on the rim. Let the air out, break bead,lube rim and bead well, center tire on rim(may have to lower tractor enough so tire is centered on rim) and reinflate. Used to change tractor tires for a living and had this work many a time.
