looks like it's not centered at all and with 60 lbs. pressure be careful. let the air out. push tire in and clean and lubricate.. the hand cleaners make a good lube if you have nothing else. Put a jack under it and watch as it comes up to keep it centered. If needed roll tire some to keep centered . apply no more than thirty five or so and drive it .
