SCIA
Straight Dawn or go to the local car parts store and get some bead grease, lube the bead of the tire, not the wheel. SO, for the bead lube to work, you must deflate the tire and get the lube on the tire's bead surface. Start inflating with the top of the bead sitting on the wheel at the top. Air to around 30 PSI. TAKE THE AIR HOSE OFF. Then, take your tire tool and pry out on the bead lip, starting where the tire is just up on the bead. Work it up on to the bead this way, may take some time, but you have an accident waiting to happen with 60 PSI in the tire.
