Agree with all the others. 60 psi is way too much. Jack it up, let the air out. Break the head. Lubricate the rim and bead with plenty of soap. Use the jack to get the rim centered in the tire and inflate slowly. Looks like the rim wasn't centered and you didn't use enough lube.
