Agree. Pella windows are horrible. Horrible in design, horrible in execution, horrible in support.

I tell everyone I can to never use Pella windows, because here in Wyoming, your windows will be tested. There will be -20F days, and moreover, there will be -20F days with 45MPH winds.

On those days, if you have drafty windows, you might find that you literally cannot keep your house warm enough to be comfortable.
