mw | Maybe full tillage doesnt work, but i think he was suggesting a low disturbance subsoiler. Do it in the fall to aid the frost in doing its job. Just food for thought.
As far as the tarps go, just the other day i saw a guy had three ropes going cross-ways over the top of the tarp. One over the front, one over the middle, and one over the rear. Loose enough so that the tarp would roll freely, yet tight enough to where if the wind caught it would keep it from flying. Havent got around to it, but it looked like an excellent idea. | |
