If you bought Iowa land about 1980 looks like it took about 20 years to get your money back. That chart sure reminds me of a grade 8 science class where the teacher showed a population chart of bacteria in a petrie dish. Looks a lot like we've reached our "carrying capacity" and beyond in land prices lol.
