Don't want to be a downer but saw a lot of good folks turned inside out in the eighties. Sounds like your situation with Dad and uncle is very good long term don't let your ego get you into anything that could jeopardize this. Some of the ground around Indy ie western Hancock co. Is just as cheap as poorer ground out here in BFE likely a good long term investment as development will fire back up in earnest some day. Good luck
