Grain trader-what kind of interest rate can you get -a young farmer loan here is 4.5% locked in for 5 yrs. --- last loan I got I paid 3.85% and now it would cost closer too 4.74 less any good credit discount.......and have paid 23% too
Farm credit said 6.25% locked in for 25 years. 35% down
