My bank expects rates for 5 yrs. too end up around 7.75% ......... I would rather pay 13% int. and $3k for land than $10k @3%........if you can sleep good with the price ,fine -just remember there will always be another deal someday....for a young guy who doesn't own a good land base I think these mil.+ loans may get painful,,,but then I am not 25 anymore
