Int. rates are like guessing grain markets , thing I do know we have really punished the 80+ yr. olds that where conservative and banked a lot of cash for retirement


I'm in my 60's and I'm getting screwed over by cheap interest rates....I really dont want in the stock market..

Land was $1200 an acre here in the early 1980's and by the mid to late 80's had fallen as low as $400 per acre..
