Red River Valley | Jon your ethanol number - your export number - and your avg. price number lend me to believe that you start at a end number and work everything backwards making the numbers read what you want.
Your belief that we will double exports with an avg. price higher than the price when exports fell off a cliff is to say the least optimistic and as ethanol Insider has stated the blend wall is real and imports work greener than US .
Couple of things to watch for -- Mandate will be adjusted to reflect true gallons used and also you may well see a big push for Sugar to get 10% - 15 % of ethanol production in the very near future.
