Buxton ND | Insider pretty much said it "cheap sugar" and for many in my area that's a MAJOR double gammy,import are low and flat,I'd guess about 4.7 E grind, your exports are way to high @ 1.425 IMO head. We could reach your # but price well have to be much lower then today's.The way this basis has been/farmer NOT selling I'd guess both you and USDA are low on imports.
Maize do you have any year to month numbers on exports from Canada, Stats Can export projections for 13-14 ??? Thanks
