Tamworth NSW Australia | First decent rain since july last year, about 50mm (2"), everything cool and damp and listening to the rain on the tin roof. Ex tropical cyclone Oswald is moving down the east coast and some of the rain has come across the range to inland NSW, unfortunately the coastal areas are now facing major flooding with heavy rain, strong winds and lots of damage.
Most of January has been too hot and dry with bushfires a major worry so this change has been very welcome.
Edit: The water tanks are the household water supply 2x22500L (2x6000 US gal), good to see them running over.
